In making the case against government regulation of the petroleum market, Frank brings up what happened the Hunt Brothers, who lost everything speculating on the silver market back in the 1980's. Then Frank says the building of the Panama Canal is a wrong example to use when arguing for government infrastructure projects, because the US contracted out its construction to a private company.

Frank then remembers Anzac Day, and winds up getting into a heated debate with John over Winston Churchill's status as a great world leader.
